1. About us and country of domicile

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of https://ashash.com and all services provided by ASHASH (“ASHASH”, “we”, “us”).

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of our website and services, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

Our services are offered to businesses only (B2B). Services are delivered under the licences held by ASHASH and its regulated partner institutions in each market.

2. Website and business activity

The content of this website reflects our licensed business activity. Payments are accepted only through the website address registered with our acquiring partner; no other website is authorised to collect payments on our behalf.

We do not offer, sell or facilitate any prohibited product or service. Prices, service descriptions and the transaction currency are shown before checkout.

3. Accepted cards and currencies

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Card scheme logos are displayed on our home page and at checkout.

Transactions are processed in UAE Dirham (AED) and Saudi Riyal (SAR). The currency of the transaction is always shown before you confirm payment. If your card is issued in a different currency, your issuing bank applies its own conversion rate and fees.

4. Sanctions and restricted countries

We will not trade with, or provide any services to, OFAC and sanctioned countries, or to individuals and entities appearing on applicable sanctions lists.

All customers are screened against sanctions, PEP and adverse media lists at onboarding and on an ongoing basis. We may refuse, suspend or terminate a relationship where a sanctions or compliance risk is identified.

5. Eligibility and age

Customers using the website who are minors, under the age of 18, shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

By registering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent.

6. Your account and confidentiality

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account, login credentials and any authentication device, and for all activity that takes place under that account.

Notify us immediately at support@ashash.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Multi-factor authentication is mandatory on every account.

7. Transaction records

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and of the merchant policies and rules.

Receipts and invoices are available for download at any time from your dashboard and are sent to your registered email address after each transaction.

8. Fees, subscriptions and billing

Applicable fees are shown on our pricing page and in your service agreement before you subscribe. Subscription fees are billed in advance to the payment method saved on your account.

Where we collect payment for a subscription service, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

9. Changes to these terms

The website policies and terms & conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet requirements and standards. Customers are encouraged to visit these sections frequently to be updated about changes. Modifications are effective on the day they are posted.
